The condition to make a purchase of the Goods in the Store is to provide the required Registration Data. Providing Registration Data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent the User from purchasing the Goods.
The data administrator respects the right of the Store's Users to privacy, hence he does not provide third parties with data provided by Users. An exception is the situation when the obligation to disclose such data will result from the binding law.
Personal data referred to in paragraph 1, are processed for the purposes of the Contract for the sale of Goods via the Store and, if the User agrees, for marketing purposes.
The administrator of Users' personal data referred to in paragraph 1 ("Data Administrator") is:

The store uses cookies to customize the Store page to the individual needs of Users, create Shop statistics and better match the offer to the expectations of Users. Cookies are harmless to the computer and the data it contains. Users can manage cookies themselves, eg block them by selecting the option of rejecting cookies in the browser. However, this may cause some functions of the Store to not work properly.
The User has the right to inspect the Registration Data and to request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal, if they are incomplete, out-of-date, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
Submission by the User of the request to delete the Registration Data in accordance with paragraph 8 above removes these data from the Database and liquidates the User's account. In such a situation, the next purchase in the Store requires re-registration.
The operator reserves the right to send information to the e-mail address provided in the registration process. The messages sent refer only to the services provided by the Operator as part of the Store.
In order to effectively protect the collected data, we protect it against unauthorized access by third parties and we control our methods of collecting, storing and processing information. We only provide access to data to those employees and entities that must have access to them in order to process them only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Store Regulations.
